The Duchess of Cambridge left St. Mary’s Hospital in Paddington on July 23, 2013, a day after giving birth to a her first child, a son. Accompanied by the Duke of Cambridge, the new mother, dressed in a blue and white polka-dot dress, was all smiles. Facing a barrage of media, Catherine and William answered questions from them with William joking that his son has more hair than him. He also said that he and Catherine had not yet decided on a name for the infant prince. The Duke of Cambridge carried his infant son in a car seat and placed him in a waiting car. William then drove off with his wife and son, headed for Kensington Palace. Photos by Bauer Griffin and PacificCoastNews.
