Queen Elizabeth II presided over the Order of the Garter ceremony held at St. George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle on June 17, 2013. Accompanying her this year from the royal family were the Prince of Wales, Duchess of Cornwall, the Duke of Cambridge, and the Earl and Countess of Wessex. Prince Philip, who has left the London Clinic, was not in attendance. The annual Garter Ceremony is a colorful spectacle that takes place each June at Windsor Castle.
