The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall recently visited Borough Market in London, the city’s famous gourmet market, to help celebrate the market’s existence for a thousand years. The couple rang the market bell to commemorate the restoration of Borough Market. The well-known market sells high quality food and produce. Prince Charles was presented with leg of a boar while the Duchess of Cornwall was presented with a bouquet of roses and a large chocolate heart with the message ‘love from Borough Market.’ Charles and Camilla were also recently at the Savoy Hotel in London for a reception for beneficiaries and supporters of the Prince’s Trust Invest In Futures initiative which has raised millions of pounds in support of disadvantaged young people.
