THE DUCHESS OF CAMBRIDGE IS RELEASED FROM THE HOSPITAL

After three nights of being hospitalized, the Duchess of Cambridge was released from the King Edward VII Hospital in London on December 6, 2012.  She had been admitted for a severe bout of morning sickness.  On the day previous to her being discharged from the hospital, Catherine had been visited by her mother, Carole, her sister, Pippa, and her brother, James Middleton.  Prince William was also at Catherine’s bedside everyday.  On the day she left the hospital, the Duchess carried a bouquet of bright yellow flowers, and with William by her side, told waiting reporters, “I’m feeling much better, thank you.”  Catherine and William will be staying at Kensington Palace for the next little while.  The Duchess of Cambridge has had to cancel upcoming official engagements.  Photos by Getty Images.
