THE DUKE AND DUCHESS OF CAMBRIDGE AT THE IMPERIAL WAR MUSEUM

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were busy attending two official functions on April 26, 2012.  William and Catherine made an appearance at the Scott-Amundsen Centenary Race to the South Pole Reception at Goldsmiths’ Hall in London in support of the Royal British Legion.  The Duke of Cambridge is patron of the expedition.  Catherine wore a two piece tweed suit in dark blue by Rebecca Taylor along with an enamel poppy.  Later that day, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited the Imperial War Museum where the couple helped launch an appeal to raise thirty-five million pounds to transform the First World War galleries of the famed museum.   For this occasion, the duchess wore an Amanda Wakeley slim fitting dress in dark gray with three quarter length sleeves, accessorized with a gold belt and gold earrings.  Photos:  FameFlynet Pictures, Bauer Griffin and Getty Images.
