QUEEN ELIZABETH II AND THE DUKE OF EDINBURGH ATTEND A SERVICE FOR THE ORDER OF THE BRITISH EMPIRE AT ST. PAUL’S CATHEDRAL

Queen Elizabeth II and the Duke Of Edinburgh looked resplendent in red as they attended a Service For The Order Of the British Empire at St Paul’s Cathedral on March 6, 2012.  The Queen and Prince Philip were dressed in the full regalia.  Unfortunately bad weather prompted the couple to use a door on the south side of the cathedral instead of the well known West  Door.  The service at St. Paul’s included prayers of thanks for the “courage, idealism and diligence” of the members of order.  Photos by Getty Images and Bauer Griffin.
