A new biography of Prince Philip is being published this week in the United Kingdom to coincide with the Prince’s 90th birthday. The book, Young Prince Philip: Hist Turbulent Early Life by Philip Eade, has been recently serialized by the The Daily Telegraph. It sounds like a very interesting book. I’m sure a number of you will be taking a look at this new unofficial biography.
Part 1: The Romances of Young Prince Philip:
“As the Duke of Edinburgh turns 90, his biographer Philip Eade, tells the full story of his turbulent early years – and, in the first part of [The Telegraph’s] serialisation, reveals the glamorous girls he became entangled with before Elizabeth.”
Part 2: The Duke of Edinburgh at 90:
“In this exclusive extract, royal biographer Philip Eade reveals how Prince Philip’s formative years were his loneliest.”
Part 3: How Prince Philip wooed Elizabeth – and a Nation
“Headstrong, brisk and unpolished – he was an unlikely regal consort. But, as the third part of our exclusive serial to mark his 90th birthday reveals, Prince Philip rapidly won the heart of Queen and country.”
